Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Right Choice Marketing LLC when you purchase or use our digital marketing, advertising management, content, and related services.

1. Services Provided

Right Choice Marketing LLC will deliver the services described in your proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement (such as SEO, paid ads, social media, or website support). We may use internal tools, vendors, and methods we choose, provided they support the agreed outcomes.

2. Client Cooperation and Timelines

Timelines for audits, launches, and deliverables are estimates. Progress depends on timely access to accounts, approvals, brand assets, and feedback from you. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may extend schedules without penalty to Right Choice Marketing LLC.

3. Fees and Ad Spend

You agree to pay Right Choice Marketing LLC service fees according to your billing schedule. Unless otherwise stated in writing, ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is separate from agency fees and remains your responsibility. We do not advance media budgets on your behalf unless explicitly agreed.

4. Term and Cancellation

Engagement length, notice periods, and renewal terms are defined in your contract. Some services (such as SEO and ongoing ad management) benefit from sustained effort over time. Upon cancellation after required notice and payment of outstanding invoices, we will cooperate in transferring account access and reasonable handover materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Choice Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services performed shall not exceed the service fees you paid to Right Choice Marketing LLC in the sixty days before the event giving rise to the claim.
